Platform subscription

The platform plan is $47 USD monthly or $500 USD annually. The annual option is $64 USD less than twelve monthly payments at the listed rate ($564 USD). Prices are shown in USD; the amount charged in another currency, if your card issuer converts it, can differ.

New organisation signup starts a seven-day trial. The platform checkout route offers monthly or annual Stripe subscription pricing; it does not add a trial period itself. Confirm the checkout amount and terms before confirming payment.

Separate costs to budget for

Member Link's subscription is distinct from the fees for processing dues through your organisation's Stripe account. Card processing charges depend on the payment provider and account terms. Email and SMS delivery also depend on the providers and configuration your organisation uses; no universal usage allowance or external rate is stated here.

Ask your payment provider for its current processing rate and any account charges.
Estimate email and text volume with your provider's rates before enabling campaigns.
Governing-body fees configured by a club are collected for that organisation's own fee workflow, not a Member Link subscription charge.

Choose a billing interval

Monthly billing spreads the platform charge across each month. Annual billing collects one $500 USD yearly payment. Compare the exact Stripe checkout price and your own cash-flow needs; the $64 comparison is against twelve months at $47, not a statement about third-party costs or taxes.

Worked example: 12 × $47 = $564 USD; $564 − $500 = $64 USD lower annual platform price.
Worked example: a club collecting 40 dues payments at $25 has $1,000 in member payments before provider processing costs. That $1,000 is club revenue, not the software subscription price.

Start and manage your account

Create an organisation to start the seven-day trial. A platform administrator can select the monthly or annual plan through the account's Stripe checkout. The organisation subscription is separate from its members' invoices and subscriptions.

If you are comparing alternatives, include payment processing, messaging, migration effort and the staff time needed to run your chosen workflow—not only the software line item.

What currency is Member Link priced in?

The platform plan's seeded Stripe prices are configured in USD, and platform checkout selects those seeded monthly or yearly prices. The public listed price is therefore $47 USD monthly or $500 USD yearly. A card issuer may apply its own conversion if your payment method uses another currency.

Is there a free trial?

New organisation signup currently provisions a seven-day trial. The separate platform subscription checkout route does not itself attach a trial period, so check the account's current trial status and checkout summary before paying.

Are Stripe, email or SMS fees included?

No universal inclusion or usage allowance is stated for third-party processing and delivery. Your club's Stripe processing costs and any SendGrid or Twilio charges follow your provider account and its terms; check those directly.
