It is a membership platform, not a fixtures, team selection or facility-access system.
Each person can have an individual member record. With household memberships enabled, a guardian can be granted specific access to a dependant's portal tasks; an email-less dependant can still have a club record. The club configures the household and reviews the relationship and permissions.
Membership invoices and supported Stripe checkout provide a way to collect club dues. A household primary payer or an account with suitable pay access can use grouped checkout for eligible invoices. That does not imply recurring subscription bundling or team fee allocation.
Event registration and digital waivers can support club activities, including an event-specific waiver where configured. A guardian grant may include registration or signing capability for a dependant. The club remains responsible for participant eligibility, safety procedures and legally reviewed waiver wording.
